Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order with visioncenterdirect.com and, for any reason, decide to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty provided your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and will be credited when the return shipment is received by us.
