Returns
If you need to return lenses or frames to Vision Center Direct, you may do so at any time up to a period of 30 days. Call us at 1-306-584-3937 within 30 days to obtain a return authorization number. Let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund (minus the shipping). Our staff will help determine the fastest way to process your return. It is important to notify us of problems as soon as possible. All merchandise returned after the 30 day guarantee is subject to a 20% restocking & administrative fee For your protection, items must be returned via UPS or insured mail. Please include a copy of your invoice with your shipment and highlight the items you are returning. When we receive your return, we will process the credit or exchange.
Contact Lens Returns
Unopened boxes or vials can be returned within 30 days, unless indicated by the manufacturer as nonreturnable. After 30 days, unopened disposable boxes may be exchanged if a new prescription is required. Defective, opened vial products must be returned within 7 days for exchange. Non-defective boxes or vial products which have been opened are not returnable. These policies have been created for your safety, security and ocular health. All Vison Center Direct contact lens products you receive are sterile, sealed, inspected factory-fresh and ready to wear.
Sunglasses & Frame Returns
All sunglasses and frames have a 30-day money-back guarantee, and manufacturers one year warranty, they must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging to receive full credit. Defective product must be returned within 7 days for exchange. Please help us improve our service by noting the reason for your return in the space provided on the front of our invoice. |
